1 Introduction

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

BitDeposit operates exclusively with cryptocurrency. No fiat currency deposits or withdrawals are supported. By using BitDeposit, you confirm that you understand and accept the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, including the fact that they are irreversible once broadcast to the blockchain network.

Deposits to your BitDeposit account are credited once the required number of blockchain confirmations has been reached. The number of confirmations required may vary depending on the cryptocurrency used and current network conditions. BitDeposit is not responsible for delays caused by blockchain congestion, network outages, or issues with third-party wallet providers.

• Always double-check the deposit address before sending cryptocurrency to BitDeposit. Funds sent to an incorrect address cannot be recovered.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in your BitDeposit account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.
• Withdrawals are processed by BitDeposit within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any applicable security checks.
• BitDeposit reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals.
• Cryptocurrency values fluctuate. BitDeposit is not responsible for any loss in value between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on BitDeposit are subject to the specific rules of the game being played. Each game on BitDeposit — including Dragon Fishing, Monster Crash, Texas Hold'em, Fortune Gems 2, Fortune Dragon, Coin, and Baseball — has its own bet types, payout structures, and minimum/maximum stake limits. These are displayed within each game interface.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the BitDeposit platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified. The outcome of each game round is determined by BitDeposit's certified random number generator and is final. BitDeposit does not accept disputes regarding game outcomes where the RNG has functioned correctly.

• Bets placed during a technical fault or system error may be voided at BitDeposit's discretion.
• BitDeposit reserves the right to void any bet that was placed using funds obtained through fraudulent activity.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

BitDeposit actively monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where violations are detected, BitDeposit will act swiftly and without prior warning. The decision of BitDeposit in matters of prohibited conduct is final.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the BitDeposit platform — including but not limited to game graphics, animations, sound effects, logos, interface designs, text, and software — is the intellectual property of BitDeposit or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use BitDeposit for personal, recreational purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the BitDeposit platform without prior written permission from BitDeposit. Unauthorised use of BitDeposit's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9 Privacy and Data
